About the Market

The Sackville Farmers' Market was established in 2023 as a committee under Acadia Park and Community Centre, with the aim to bring locally sourced food and handmade products to Sackville and surrounding communities. Our goal is to support local producers, artisans, and food vendors, while promoting community connection, engagement, and sustainability. As a certified Nova Scotia Farmers' Market, we are committed to offering fresh and high quality products to our community which means vendors must make, bake, catch, or grow at least 75% of the products they sell.

For 2026, the Market is held every Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) from May 2 to November 28 at 650 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. Markets held in the months of May and November take place indoors at Acadia Hall while the remaining months will be held outside in Acadia Park. Note: there will be no market on Saturday November 7, 2026.
